Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) Survey

Ipsos is conducting an online survey on behalf of CCPC. The survey is addressed to Irish businesses offering goods or services to consumers through digital platforms (e.g. online marketplaces; app stores; social media; search engines).

EU Regulation 2019/1150 aims to improve fairness and transparency in P2B relationships, granting certain rights to businesses who use digital platforms to conduct Business-to-Consumer (B2C/retail) transactions.

The survey is anonymous and takes 5-10 minutes to complete. The CCPC is encouraging business representatives and trade associations to circulate the survey to relevant businesses. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.
