On Tuesday 8th February , to celebrate #InternationalWomensDay 2022, Compliance Institute was joined by a panel of experts including Fiona Flynn, Founder and Director at Montauk Consulting, Heather E Sinclair, workplace champion and at owner of Co-Evolution with a focus on Culture by Design, Pamela Kavanagh, Marketing and Communications Manger at Special Olympics Ireland and Virginia Otel, Co-President at PWN Global.
Their discussion centred around a gender equal world; a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination, that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive and where difference is valued and celebrated.
