Sara-Amanda is a Director in Deloitte’s Risk Advisory practice providing aircraft leasing and banking clients with practical solutions to financial and regulatory risk matters.
Sara-Amanda has worked in the financial service sector for 13 years and partners with our clients across EMEA specialising in the areas of Financial Risk Management, RegTech Market Risk, Conduct Risk, Investment Strategy, Deal Structure, M&A, Credit Risk, Strategic Business Planning, Governance, Outsourcing, Risk Frameworks and Regulations including Basel, CRD and BRRD.
Sara-Amanda has worked on behalf of the CBI, FCA, PRA and ECB in addition to advising and supporting numerous boards and senior management teams in meeting regulatory expectations and the firms overall strategic objectives. Sara Amanda has vast amount of experience in banking having worked in Corporate Banking and M&A previously.
