Global Financial Crime, Ethics & Compliance Leader

Appointed Partner in EY Ireland in 2018, Catherine is Compliance Leader with EY’s Global organisation. She focuses on all areas of risk management, with a specialism in Financial Crime advising colleagues on regulatory developments, EY’s response to those developments and the potential impact on client relationships.

As an EY Partner and team leader, Catherine commits to building high-performing, diverse teams and champions workplace diversity and inclusion, making sure everyone has an equal opportunity to develop and grow to their full potential. Catherine speaks regularly both in EY and the market on the importance of fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

She has extensive experience in the design and execution of compliance programmes and operations throughout the regions EY operates in. Before working in risk management, Catherine held client-facing roles in both Audit and FIDS.

She is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a Fellow of the International Compliance Association.
